Responsibilities
- Analyze and forecast technological, economic, and societal megatrends impacting 2026 landscape
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for product innovation and market positioning
- Lead scenario-planning workshops to prepare for disruptive industry shifts
- Collaborate with R&D teams to integrate future-proof technologies into product roadmaps
- Produce high-impact trend reports and strategic recommendations for executive leadership
- Build and maintain an ecosystem of futurist thought leaders and innovation partners
- Drive organizational culture of adaptive strategy and future readiness
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Strategic Foresight, Futures Studies, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruption modeling
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex insights
- Portfolio of published foresight work or strategic frameworks
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS preferred)
