Responsibilities
- Analyze macro-trends, technological disruptions, and sociocultural shifts to map 2026+ scenarios
- Develop data-driven strategic frameworks for clients across tech, healthcare, and sustainability sectors
- Lead immersive foresight workshops and innovation sprints with executive stakeholders
- Produce high-impact trend reports and scenario-planning deliverables for Fortune 500 clients
- Architect 'future-ready' business models and transformation roadmaps
- Partner with R&D to prototype next-generation solutions for emerging markets
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and thought leadership events
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial outcomes
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, biotech, quantum computing)
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (preferred) or innovation management
