- Lead cross-functional workshops with C-suite executives on future-proofing initiatives
- Author thought leadership reports published in top industry journals
- Quantify market impacts using predictive modeling and horizon scanning
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype next-gen solutions
- Present strategic insights at international innovation summits
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Futuristics, Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating published scenario-planning frameworks
- Expertise in trend analysis tools (e.g., Delphi method, causal layered analysis)
- Experience advising on exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or CFTE)
- Proven ability to translate complex futures into executable business strategies
