Responsibilities
- Analyze macroeconomic indicators, technological breakthroughs, and behavioral patterns to forecast 2026 market landscapes
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for C-level executives across Fortune 500 clients
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future insights into actionable strategic initiatives
- Author thought leadership reports on disruptive forces (quantum computing, biotech convergence, climate adaptation)
- Build and maintain a proprietary foresight database using AI-driven trend analysis tools
- Advolve government and NGO partnerships on future policy implications
- Mentor junior futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Economics, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurism with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning, scenario modeling, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presentation experience
- Proficiency in foresight tools (e.g., Causal Layered Analysis, Delphi method)
- Portfolio of published future-focused research or strategic frameworks
