Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify emerging technologies and market opportunities for 2026+
- Develop and publish strategic foresight reports and innovation roadmaps
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future trends
- Design pilot programs for disruptive technologies with 3-year commercialization plans
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-facing capabilities into core offerings
- Monitor geopolitical, economic, and environmental megatrends impacting our industry
- Present strategic recommendations to executive leadership and board committees
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting, innovation management, or futurist research
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts and technological disruptions
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and systems thinking
- Advanced degree in Technology Strategy, Futures Studies, or related field
- Deep knowledge of AI, quantum computing, or sustainable tech ecosystems
- Exceptional communication skills with executive presence
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Portfolio published futurist research or strategic frameworks
