Responsibilities
- Develop 5-year strategic frameworks by synthesizing global tech trends, academic research, and market data
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities in AI ethics, climate tech, and neuro-interfaces
- Produce scenario-planning reports for board-level decision-making in quantum-resistant cryptography
- Partner with R&D to prototype future-forward solutions (e.g., ambient computing interfaces)
- Represent Innovatech at global futurist forums and patent-filing processes
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced trend-analysis methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic consulting or corporate innovation with Fortune 500 exposure
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals on exponential technologies
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AGI governance
- Portfolio demonstrating complex scenario-planning projects with measurable outcomes
- Fluency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and predictive modeling
- Security clearance (or ability to obtain) for classified tech sector work
