- Author high-impact trend reports and thought leadership content for industry audiences
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype future-ready solutions aligned with long-term vision
- Monitor competitive intelligence and emerging technologies to maintain strategic advantage
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or trend analysis
- Proven track record of translating foresight into actionable business strategies
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and systems thinking methodologies
- Deep understanding of AI, biotechnology, climate tech, and Web3.0 ecosystems
- Exceptional storytelling skills to communicate complex future scenarios
- Experience with strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
- Published thought leadership or conference presentations on future trends
