- Partner with R&D to identify and prioritize breakthrough technologies for investment
- Author thought leadership pieces on future-proofing business models
- Monitor emerging threats and opportunities across geopolitical and technological domains
- Build and maintain a network of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Forecasting, or related field
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or C-suite advisory
- Proven expertise in trend analysis and scenario planning methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (GenAI, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complexity to stakeholders
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic planning
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., CFIP) preferred
- Portfolio of future-focused projects or research papers
