Responsibilities

- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for C-suite executives across Fortune 500 companies
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on 5-year innovation roadmaps
- Produce whitepapers and thought leadership pieces published in MIT Technology Review and Nature
- Advolve in patent strategy development for breakthrough technologies
- Mentor junior futurists in predictive modeling methodologies
- Partner with venture capital teams to identify 2026's unicorn opportunities
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or equivalent field with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of predicting tech adoption curves with 85%+ accuracy
- Expertise in scenario planning tools (STEEP analysis, Delphi method, cross-impact matrices)
- Published author in futurism or strategic foresight (Harvard Business Review preferred)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (blockchain, nanotech, neurotech)
- Experience advising C-suite on 5-year digital transformation strategies
