Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech trends (AI, quantum, biotech) to forecast 2026 market disruptions
- Develop scenario-planning frameworks for long-term strategic resilience
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future-state visions
- Produce whitepapers and executive briefings on disruptive innovation patterns
- Partner with product teams to embed future-readiness into development roadmaps
- Monitor global policy shifts affecting technology adoption post-2025
- Establish KPIs for measuring strategic foresight effectiveness
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy consulting or corporate innovation leadership
- Expertise in technology forecasting and trend analysis methodologies
- Proven track record of influencing C-level strategic decisions
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Deep knowledge of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology)
- Exceptional data storytelling and scenario visualization skills
- Experience with Delphi method and horizon scanning frameworks
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or digital transformation
