- Identify and mitigate existential risks from technological convergence
- Present future-vision frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and global think tanks
- Monitor geopolitical shifts affecting tech deployment timelines
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Technology Strategy, or equivalent (PhD preferred)
- 7+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or tech strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating successful 5+ year horizon planning implementations
- Expertise in systems thinking, scenario modeling, and trend analysis
- Proficiency in strategic foresight tools (e.g., Delphi, Horizon Scanning)
- Published thought leadership on emerging technologies
- Experience with quantum computing or biotech convergence ecosystems
- Certification in Futures Thinking or Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS)
