Responsibilities
- Analyze macro-trends and technological inflection points through 2026 horizon scanning
- Develop strategic frameworks for quantum-AI convergence and sustainable tech adoption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into actionable innovation roadmaps
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-ready capabilities into core offerings
- Produce high-impact foresight reports for executive and investor audiences
- Establish thought leadership through whitepapers and industry conference keynotes
- Monitor global R&D pipelines to identify disruptive opportunities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or emerging tech leadership
- Expertise in quantum computing, generative AI, or climate-tech ecosystems
- Proven track record of translating future scenarios into business strategy
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Deep understanding of technological singularity and ethical AI frameworks
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex concepts to diverse audiences
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (e.g., Delphi, STEEP analysis)
