Responsibilities

- Lead scenario planning workshops for executive leadership
- Produce quarterly trend briefings and annual innovation roadmaps
- Collaborate with R&D to prototype future-facing solutions
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences
- Mentor junior strategists in futures methodology
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic planning or innovation consulting
- Proven track record of forecasting market shifts (showcase 3+ accurate predictions)
- Expertise in systems thinking and scenario modeling techniques
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology
- Experience with Delphi method and horizon scanning tools
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling skills
