Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging tech paradigms (AI, quantum, synthetic biology) and market evolution patterns
- Develop 5-10 year strategic roadmaps for product innovation and market disruption
- Lead cross-functional workshops to align stakeholders on future opportunities
- Produce trend reports and scenario analyses for executive decision-making
- Identify partnership and acquisition targets in emerging ecosystems
- Represent company at global tech foresight conferences and thought leadership forums
- Mentor innovation teams in future-focused methodologies
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategy, innovation, or technology forecasting with Fortune 500 experience
- Advanced degree in Futurology, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, AR/VR, biotech)
- Published thought leadership in futurism or technology innovation
- Proven track record of translating foresight into commercial success
- Exceptional storytelling skills for complex future scenarios
- Experience with strategic planning frameworks (e.g., Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method)
