Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 5-year technology roadmaps for quantum computing and AI convergence
- Conduct market analysis on emerging tech trends (neuromorphic chips, biocomputing, Web4.0)
- Design ethical frameworks for autonomous systems and algorithmic governance
- Forge strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government innovation labs
- Present technology forecasts to C-suite executives and venture capital partners
- Drive sustainability initiatives in tech lifecycle management and e-waste reduction
- Mentor junior strategists in futures thinking methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futures Studies with 7+ years experience
- Proven track record in commercializing emerging technologies (quantum/AI/blockchain)
- Published research in IEEE or Nature on technological forecasting
- Deep understanding of regulatory landscapes (EU AI Act, US CHIPS Act)
- Experience with scenario planning and Delphi methodologies
- Fluency in at least two programming languages (Python, Rust preferred)
- Portfolio demonstrating successful tech-to-market transitions
- Security clearance or willingness to obtain government-level clearance
