- Develop scenario-based strategic frameworks for board-level decision-making
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Author predictive whitepapers on disruptive technologies (AI, biotech, climate resilience)
- Establish KPIs for future-readiness across enterprise divisions
- Represent the company at global futurist forums and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists in horizon-planning methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or corporate R&D
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies or megatrends
- Proficiency in horizon scanning tools (e.g., Delphi method, trend analysis software)
- Experience with scenario planning frameworks (STEEP, PESTLE)
