- Advise on innovation pipeline development and R&D priorities
- Represent company at global futurist conferences and summits
- Mentor junior strategists in advanced analytical methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futurist research
- Proven track record of predicting market disruptions with documented impact
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis
