Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 5-year strategic innovation roadmaps aligned with emerging market trends
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping future-facing technologies and business models
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across 15+ industries to identify disruptive opportunities
- Present strategic foresight findings to executive leadership and board members
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and R&D labs
- Mentor innovation teams in agile methodologies and exponential thinking frameworks
- Measure and communicate ROI of innovation initiatives through KPI dashboards
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, futures research, or corporate foresight
- Proven track record of launching successful ventures or products valued at $10M+
- Expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and technology forecasting
- Advanced degree in Strategic Management, Innovation, or Futures Studies
- Proficiency in AI/ML tools for predictive modeling and data visualization
- Experience scaling innovation programs within Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Exceptional storytelling skills with executive presentation experience
- Certification in Design Thinking or Innovation Management preferred
