Responsibilities

- Develop and present compelling strategic narratives to stakeholders, aligning organizational vision with future market opportunities
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype solutions for anticipated future challenges
- Establish and maintain an ecosystem of futurists, academics, and industry pioneers
- Quantify future market potentials through scenario modeling and predictive analytics
- Drive organizational adoption of exponential technologies (quantum computing, biotech, AI)
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of translating future insights into market-leading products/services
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., from APF or Foresight Practitioners)
