Responsibilities
- Analyze global tech trends and market shifts to forecast industry disruptions through 2030
- Design strategic frameworks for emerging technology adoption and market entry
- Present future scenarios to executive leadership and board members
- Partner with R&D teams to incubate breakthrough innovations
- Build and lead a dedicated foresight task force of industry experts
- Develop KPIs to measure strategic foresight ROI and impact
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and industry summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation management, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial strategies
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, Web3, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Published thought leadership in futurism or strategic foresight
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFAP preferred)
