- Produce executive-ready reports and visualizations translating complex futures into actionable strategies
- Partner with R&D to align innovation pipelines with long-term market evolution
- Represent the company at global futurist conferences and industry summits
- Mentor junior strategists and build an internal futures intelligence network
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, innovation consulting, or futures research
- Proven track record developing multi-year strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in AI, quantum computing, or climate tech foresight methodologies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Business Strategy, or related field
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
- Exceptional data visualization and storytelling capabilities
- Experience presenting to executive boards and investment committees
