- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring innovation readiness and future-proofing initiatives
- Partner with R&D to prioritize emerging tech investments with 5-10 year ROI projections
- Author thought leadership publications on industry evolution and strategic adaptation
- Mentor junior strategists in future-thinking methodologies and trend analysis
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, consulting, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 companies
- Proven expertise in predictive modeling and trend analysis across tech, policy, and consumer behavior
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional executive communication skills with C-suite experience
- Certification in strategic foresight (e.g., CFIP) or equivalent methodology training
- Portfolio demonstrating successful long-range strategy implementation
- Published thought leadership on future-of-work or digital transformation topics
