Responsibilities
- Lead horizon-scanning initiatives to identify breakthrough technologies with 2026+ impact
- Develop strategic frameworks for ethical AI adoption and quantum computing integration
- Coordinate cross-functional innovation sprints with R&D, product, and policy teams
- Author whitepapers and thought leadership pieces for global tech summits
- Advocate for human-centered design principles in emerging tech ecosystems
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions and government agencies
- Mentor next-generation futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field with 5+ years applied experience
- Proven track record of forecasting tech trends with 85%+ accuracy (portfolio required)
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum, bio-engineering, or AGI safety
- Experience developing strategic roadmaps for Fortune 500 or UN-level initiatives
- Exceptional communication skills for translating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders
- Published author in peer-reviewed futurism journals or top-tier tech publications
- Fluency in strategic foresight methodologies (e.g., Delphi, scenario planning)
