Responsibilities
- Develop 5-10 year technology roadmaps aligned with market evolution and regulatory trends
- Lead research initiatives in emerging domains (quantum AI, biotech convergence, neural interfaces)
- Translate complex technological concepts into executive-level strategic recommendations
- Establish innovation partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Design ethical frameworks for next-generation autonomous systems
- Present future technology scenarios to stakeholders and investment committees
- Monitor geopolitical tech policies and their impact on industry evolution
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic technology planning or futurist research
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or Futures Studies
- Proven track record of implementing emerging technologies at enterprise scale
- Deep expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, advanced AI, or biotech integration
- Published thought leadership in technology foresight or innovation strategy
- Certification in Futures Methodology or Strategic Foresight (preferred)
- Experience advising C-suite on technology disruption scenarios
- Portfolio demonstrating successful long-term tech implementation
