Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, AI Ethics, or Future Studies (or equivalent breakthrough portfolio)

- Published research in Nature/Science on human-machine symbiosis
- Expertise in neural network optimization and quantum algorithms
- Proven track record of commercializing breakthrough technologies
