Responsibilities
- Define and execute the long-term technical roadmap for the 2026 era, focusing on AI integration and sustainable tech.
- Lead the architecture of scalable, cloud-native systems capable of handling next-gen data loads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teamsâincluding AI researchers, product managers, and designersâto translate visionary concepts into deployable code.
- Mentor senior engineers and architects, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Identify emerging technologies (e.g., quantum computing, advanced robotics interfaces) and evaluate their potential impact on our product suite.
- Ensure all architectural decisions adhere to high standards of security, scalability, and ethical AI practices.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead architectural role.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Go, or Rust.
- Proven track record of leading teams through complex digital transformations.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Familiarity with ethical AI frameworks and responsible data governance.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
