Responsibilities
- Architect AI/ML solutions for 2026-era challenges in healthcare, climate tech, and autonomous systems
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum computing, neuromorphic chips, and generative AI ethics
- Develop 5-year technology roadmaps aligning with global regulatory frameworks
- Mentor engineers and researchers in emerging tech paradigms (e.g., AGI, swarm intelligence)
- Secure $10M+ in strategic partnerships with academic institutions and Fortune 500 companies
- Pioneer industry-first standards for responsible AI deployment in critical infrastructure
- Present breakthrough innovations at global tech summits (Web Summit, CES, etc.)
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science/AI or equivalent with 8+ years in bleeding-edge tech
- Published research in Nature/Science journals on quantum algorithms or neural networks
- Proven track record shipping 3+ AI products with >1M users
- Expertise in federated learning, explainable AI (XAI), and adversarial ML defense
- Fluency in Python/PyTorch with mastery of distributed computing frameworks
- Deep understanding of EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, and ethical AI governance
- Experience securing Series B+ funding for deep tech ventures
