Responsibilities
- Analyze emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, synthetic biology) with 2026 commercialization potential
- Develop strategic roadmaps integrating next-gen tech into enterprise ecosystems
- Lead cross-functional workshops to forecast industry disruption scenarios
- Present actionable insights to C-suite executives and board members
- Partner with R&D teams to prototype futuristic solutions
- Monitor global tech policy shifts and regulatory implications
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 tech horizons
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Technology Forecasting, Systems Engineering, or related field
- 7+ years in tech strategy, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record of forecasting commercialized technologies
- Expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI/ML, quantum, blockchain, etc.)
- Exceptional data storytelling and executive presentation skills
- Experience with scenario planning and horizon scanning methodologies
- Published research or patents in emerging technologies
- Fluency in future-focused analytical frameworks (e.g., Delphi method, STEEP analysis)
