Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and execute the technical roadmap for 2026, identifying key AI trends and integrating them into our core infrastructure.
- Pilot Programs: Lead the design and deployment of pilot programs for generative AI tools, measuring ROI and scaling successful prototypes enterprise-wide.
- Architecture Design: Design scalable, secure, and efficient system architectures that support advanced AI workloads and real-time data processing.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product managers, data scientists, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Ethical AI Governance: Establish frameworks for AI ethics, bias mitigation, and compliance with evolving data privacy regulations.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, data science, or technical leadership roles, with at least 3 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of Generative AI models (GPT, LLaMA, Claude), NLP, and vector databases.
