Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and implement scalable software architectures for autonomous driving and predictive AI models focusing on the 2026 technological landscape.
- Algorithm Optimization: Oversee the integration of real-time sensor fusion and computer vision algorithms to enhance vehicle decision-making capabilities.
- Hardware Integration: Collaborate with electrical engineers to ensure software systems communicate seamlessly with next-gen hardware components.
- Security & Compliance: Lead initiatives to fortify system architecture against cyber threats and ensure adherence to FAA and NHTSA regulations.
- System Validation: Develop and execute rigorous testing protocols to validate system performance under extreme edge-case scenarios.
- Team Leadership: Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high standards of technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with a focus on autonomous systems, robotics, or high-frequency trading systems.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, Rust, and cloud-native technologies (Kubernetes, Docker). Experience with LIDAR, radar, and camera sensor data processing.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to debug complex distributed systems and optimize for low-latency, high-throughput environments.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills; capable of translating complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
