Responsibilities

- Lead innovation workshops with global stakeholders to co-create future-state solutions
- Produce strategic roadmaps for emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Identify and assess disruptive startups and partnerships for 2026 market integration
- Present future vision to executive leadership and investor communities
- Build and mentor a team of futurist researchers and innovation strategists
- Author thought leadership publications on 2026 industry transformation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or futurist research
- Expertise in emerging technology ecosystems (AI/ML, Web3, synthetic biology)
- Proven track record of translating future trends into commercial roadmaps
- Advanced degree in Technology, Business, or Futures Studies
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
- Experience leading cross-cultural innovation teams
- Published thought leadership in futurism or innovation journals
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Innovation Management preferred
