- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap, identifying disruptive opportunities in AI, quantum computing, and biotech convergence

Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, R&D leadership, or innovation management with 5+ in senior roles
- Proven track record launching at least two breakthrough products with market impact
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, Web3, or synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or related field
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in futures research methodologies and scenario planning
