Responsibilities
- Architect and execute the 2026 innovation roadmap, aligning with emerging technological paradigms
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing prototypes for next-gen solutions (AI, biotech, sustainable systems)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify disruptive trends with 3-5 year market impact
- Secure strategic partnerships with research institutions and venture capital
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Drive R&D budget allocation across quantum, AR/VR, and climate tech verticals
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation or product strategy with 5+ years in emerging tech
- Proven track record scaling breakthrough solutions from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, synthetic biology, decentralized systems
- PhD or equivalent in relevant field (engineering, computer science, futures studies)
- Published thought leadership in innovation journals or major tech platforms
- Experience securing $10M+ in R&D funding or partnerships
