- Build and lead a high-performance innovation lab with 15+ specialists
- Secure 3+ patents annually in emerging technology domains
- Drive industry thought leadership through keynote speaking and whitepapers
Qualifications
- 10+ years in tech innovation with 5+ in leadership roles
- Proven track record scaling futuristic solutions from concept to market
- Expertise in at least two of: quantum computing, AGI development, or neurotech
- Harvard/MIT/Stanford or equivalent tier-1 institution degree
- Published research in IEEE Nature or peer-reviewed journals
- Fluency in Python, Rust, and emerging AI frameworks
