Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional teams in developing 2026+ technology roadmaps and strategic innovation frameworks
- Identify and evaluate emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech) for commercial viability
- Drive R&D initiatives targeting breakthrough solutions in sustainable tech and automation
- Collaborate with C-suite executives to align innovation with business objectives
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and industry leaders
- Present innovation strategies to stakeholders and secure executive buy-in
- Mentor junior innovators and foster a culture of experimentation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology innovation, product development, or strategic planning
- Proven track record leading complex R&D initiatives from concept to launch
- Deep expertise in at least two emerging tech domains (AI, quantum, IoT, etc.)
- Strategic mindset with ability to anticipate market shifts and future trends
- Experience with agile methodologies and innovation frameworks (Design Thinking, Lean Startup)
- Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Certification in innovation management or technology strategy preferred
