- Develop and execute the 2026 technology innovation roadmap aligned with market trends and business objectives
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions (quantum computing, neural interfaces, climate tech)
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging technologies with 2026+ commercial viability
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Present innovation frameworks to executive stakeholders and investors
- Drive implementation of ethical AI frameworks and sustainable tech practices
- Mentor emerging talent in future-focused skill development programs
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy, innovation management, or R&D leadership
- Proven track record in launching future-oriented tech initiatives (quantum/AI/climate tech)
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Innovation Management
- Deep understanding of emerging tech trends and their societal implications
- Certification in foresight methodology (e.g., Futures Thinking, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Exceptional strategic communication and stakeholder management skills
