Responsibilities
- Develop 2026-2030 innovation roadmaps using predictive analytics and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify paradigm-shifting opportunities
- Conduct competitive intelligence in emerging domains (quantum AI, biocomputing, etc.)
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Manage portfolio of moonshot projects with $5M+ annual budgets
- Establish KPI frameworks for measuring long-term innovation ROI
- Build external partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy or innovation consulting with tech-forward companies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Proven track record of launching breakthrough products/services
- Expertise in scenario planning and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (AI, quantum, synthetic biology)
- Executive presence with exceptional storytelling and presentation skills
