Responsibilities

- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping next-gen solutions using agile methodologies
- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions and R&D labs
- Conduct horizon scanning and competitive analysis for disruptive technologies
- Present strategic recommendations to C-suite and board stakeholders
- Mentor junior innovators in future-focused design thinking
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with measurable ROI metrics
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or product development with 3+ in emerging tech
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products (portfolio required)
- Expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, biotech, or climate-tech
- Advanced degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business Strategy
- Strong proficiency in future-casting methodologies (e.g., Delphi analysis, scenario planning)
- Certification in innovation management (e.g., PDMA, CMI)
- Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
