Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futurism, Technology Policy, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven experience with horizon scanning and trend analysis frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies and their societal implications
- Certification in Futures Studies or Strategic Foresight (e.g., CFMP)
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ future scenario projects with measurable outcomes
- Exceptional storytelling abilities for complex future concepts
- Experience with AI-driven forecasting tools (e.g., GPT-4 analysis platforms)
