- Mentor Innovation Fellows in emerging technology adoption methodologies
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Innovation Management, Foresight, or Technology Strategy with 8+ years experience
- Proven track record of implementing 5+ year innovation roadmaps in Fortune 500 environments
- Deep expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, synthetic biology) and ethical frameworks
- Exceptional scenario planning skills using Delphi methods and Monte Carlo simulations
- Published thought leadership in Harvard Business Review or MIT Sloan Management Review
- Proficiency in innovation KPI frameworks (TRL, DARPA, Horizon Scanning)
- Experience securing $10M+ innovation budgets with measurable outcomes
