- Establish strategic partnerships with MIT Media Lab, NASA, and World Economic Forum
- Author annual 'Future State' whitepapers influencing industry and policy decisions
- Manage $5M innovation fund for prototyping 2026-viable solutions
- Mentor cross-functional teams in futures-thinking methodologies
- Represent Nexus at Davos, CES, and Singularity University summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategy/innovation with demonstrable impact on 5+ year roadmaps
- Expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, synthetic biology, or AI governance
- Published author or keynote speaker at 3+ major tech conferences (TED, Web Summit)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Portfolio of implemented future-vision projects valued >$50M
- Proficiency in foresight tools (Horizon Scanning, Delphi Method, Causal Layered Analysis)
- Fluency in 2+ languages with global stakeholder management experience
