Responsibilities

- Champion emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech) through proof-of-concept initiatives
- Build strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Translate complex future trends into actionable business strategies and product roadmaps
- Mentor cross-functional teams in design thinking and future-oriented methodologies
- Present innovation insights to executive stakeholders and board members
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futures research
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or services
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies and their societal implications
- Exceptional analytical and systems-thinking abilities
- Strong background in design thinking and human-centered design
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through ambiguous initiatives
- Advanced degree in Business, Technology, Futures Studies, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ major innovation projects with measurable impact
