Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning and trend analysis to map 2026+ technology shifts and market disruptions
- Design and execute innovation frameworks for product development and business model transformation
- Champion human-centered design principles while integrating AI/ML, quantum computing, and biotech innovations
- Develop strategic roadmaps with measurable KPIs for sustainable competitive advantage
- Facilitate cross-functional workshops with engineers, designers, and business units
- Present insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders and board members
- Build external partnerships with research institutions and emerging technology startups
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching disruptive products or business models
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional systems thinking and scenario planning capabilities
- Experience with design thinking and agile methodologies
- Strong data analytics skills with proficiency in forecasting tools
- PhD or Master's in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or related field
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption
