Responsibilities
- Conduct horizon scanning and trend analysis across emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks and scenario models for 2026+ market landscapes
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing solutions
- Partner with C-suite to embed future-ready strategies into corporate roadmaps
- Establish and manage global innovation ecosystems with academic and industry partners
- Present future insights to boards and executive leadership through compelling narratives
- Drive organizational transformation initiatives to build adaptive capabilities
Qualifications
- 10+ years in innovation strategy, futurism, or technology consulting
- Proven track record developing and implementing future-focused roadmaps
- Deep expertise in emerging technologies (AI/ML, quantum computing, synthetic biology)
- Experience leading cross-functional teams through complex transformation
- Certification in Strategic Foresight or Futures Studies (preferred)
- Exceptional storytelling and executive communication skills
- Published thought leadership on technological disruption trends
- MBA or advanced degree in Technology, Innovation, or Futures Studies
