- Establish strategic partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Present innovation frameworks and progress to executive stakeholders and board members
- Drive cultural transformation to embed innovation capabilities across all business units
- Manage $5M+ innovation portfolio with rigorous ROI tracking and risk mitigation
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or technology consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products with 5+ years in Fortune 500 settings
- Expertise in emerging technologies (AI, blockchain, AR/VR) and future-gazing methodologies
- Executive presence with experience presenting to C-suite and boards
- Advanced degree in Business, Engineering, or Technology (MBA/MSc preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data-driven decision frameworks
- Exceptional leadership in matrixed organizations with 500+ employee management
