Responsibilities
- Lead horizon scanning initiatives to identify disruptive technologies and market inflection points through 2028
- Develop strategic foresight frameworks for clients in AI, biotech, and sustainable energy sectors
- Produce trend reports and scenario-planning models for executive decision-making
- Facilitate innovation workshops with C-suite stakeholders and Fortune 500 partners
- Build and manage a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
- Translate foresight insights into commercialization opportunities and R&D priorities
- Author thought leadership content for industry publications and conferences
Qualifications
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Proven expertise in exponential technologies (quantum, AI, synthetic biology)
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field
- Portfolio of published trend reports or scenario-planning projects
- Experience facilitating executive-level strategic planning sessions
- Strong data visualization skills with tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Certification in foresight methodologies (e.g., Futures Wheel, Delphi)
- Published author in tech or business innovation publications
