Responsibilities
- Design and implement quantum machine learning algorithms for 2026-era applications
- Develop hybrid quantum-classical neural architectures for autonomous systems
- Lead cross-functional teams in prototyping quantum-AI solutions for healthcare, logistics, and energy sectors
- Author breakthrough research papers for Nature Quantum and IEEE journals
- Optimize quantum circuit implementations on proprietary 1000-qubit processors
- Collaborate with hardware teams to co-design quantum-AI accelerator chips
- Mentor junior researchers in quantum-computing principles and ethical AI development
Qualifications
- PhD in Quantum Computing, Machine Learning, or Computational Physics (or equivalent research experience)
- Published research in quantum algorithms or quantum machine learning (3+ peer-reviewed papers)
- Proficiency with quantum programming frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PennyLane)
- Expertise in advanced AI architectures (transformers, diffusion models, reinforcement learning)
- Experience with superconducting or photonic quantum processors
- Demonstrated ability to translate theoretical concepts into scalable implementations
- Strong background in quantum error correction and fault-tolerant computing
- Security clearance eligibility (for government-funded projects)
