Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AI infrastructure pipelines using Python, TensorFlow, and PyTorch.
- Lead the architectural strategy for integrating Generative AI into core product lines.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps and best practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Ensure system reliability, security, and performance at scale.
- Conduct deep-dive technical analysis and proof-of-concept (PoC) development for novel AI algorithms.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in AI/ML architecture.
- Deep expertise in machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, and distributed systems.
- Proven track record of leading large-scale technical projects and mentoring teams.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, or a related field is preferred.
