Responsibilities
- Develop 18-24 month strategic foresight frameworks using predictive analytics and trend analysis
- Lead client workshops to identify disruptive forces and opportunity windows for 2026
- Produce actionable whitepapers on metaverse adoption, climate tech acceleration, and workforce evolution
- Collaborate with R&D teams to prototype future-state business models and ecosystems
- Present findings to C-suite executives and government innovation councils
- Build and maintain a global network of futurists, technologists, and industry disruptors
Qualifications
- 7+ years in strategic consulting, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related quantitative field
- Proven track record of predicting market shifts (provide portfolio of 3+ validated forecasts)
- Expertise in horizon scanning methodologies and scenario planning frameworks
- Deep understanding of exponential technologies (quantum, AGI, biotech convergence)
