- Develop strategic foresight frameworks to inform long-term product roadmaps and business models
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate future scenarios into innovation priorities
- Author visionary whitepapers and trend reports for executive stakeholder alignment
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs to capture cutting-edge insights
- Quantify future market opportunities through scenario modeling and predictive analytics
- Drive cultural adoption of foresight methodologies across all business units
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futuristics, Strategic Innovation, or equivalent field (PhD preferred)
- 5+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or R&D leadership
- Proven expertise in emerging technologies (AI, quantum computing, biotech)
- Exceptional scenario planning and trend analysis capabilities
- Published thought leadership in future-focused publications
- Experience with horizon scanning methodologies (Delphi, STEEP analysis)
